How Billing Works
FlirtViaLink uses a pay-per-use billing model:
- Text messages are charged per message sent
- Video and phone calls are charged per minute
- All charges are clearly displayed before you confirm
- You can set spending limits in your account settings
Billing History
You can view your complete billing history in your account dashboard. All transactions are itemized and include timestamps and service details.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with a service, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
