All models on FlirtViaLink are verified through government-issued ID and selfie verification. We also prohibit the use of AI-generated content or automated responses to ensure every interaction is authentic.

No download is required. FlirtViaLink works directly in your web browser on both mobile and desktop. However, we do offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) that uses less storage and can be added to your home screen for quick access. After logging in, go to Settings to see setup instructions. To manually add it: On iOS Safari, tap the Share button and select 'Add to Home Screen'. On Chrome Android, tap the menu (3 dots) and select 'Add to Home Screen' or 'Install App'.

No. AI-generated images, videos, and automated chat responses are strictly prohibited. All content and interactions must be authentic.

Credits are the currency used on FlirtViaLink, where $1 equals 1 credit. You must purchase credits before using any services. For calls, time is rounded up to the nearest whole minute. You can buy credits by clicking the blue credit indicator at the top of the screen and selecting your desired amount.

If a model doesn't respond within 5 minutes, you won't be charged for that call. Same with timed chats. For per message chats, they have 12 hours to respond.

• Per message: Charges for each individual message sent (texting only)
• Per minute: Charges for each minute of service, rounded up to the nearest whole minute
• Flat rate: A set price for a specified duration of time

Extended chats use the same service types as regular chats but with different per-minute or per-message pricing set by the model. Flat rate pricing is not available for extended chats. Models can enable or disable extended chats for each service in their Services settings.

Refunds are handled at the model's discretion. If you believe you're entitled to a refund due to technical issues, undelivered services, or other valid reasons, contact the model first through chat. If unresolved, you can reach our support team at https://flirtvialink.com/contact for assistance. Refund eligibility is evaluated case-by-case.

No. Models only see your username, profile picture, and any information you choose to share in chats or calls. Your personal contact information remains private.

No. All communication and payments must stay within FlirtViaLink or our authorized chat infrastructure partners. Taking transactions off-platform is strictly prohibited.
