By using FlirtViaLink as either a profile holder or visitor, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal of your profile from the directory and termination of access to the site at our sole discretion, for any reason and without prior notice.

Age Requirements and Minor Protection

All images displayed on FlirtViaLink must feature only individuals who are 18 years of age or older, without exception. No content featuring, depicting, or including minors in any capacity is permitted in profile listings on FlirtViaLink. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all forms of media displayed in the directory.

Prohibited Content Categories

The following types of content are strictly prohibited from being displayed on FlirtViaLink and will result in immediate action including profile removal. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Safety Violations: Any form of child exploitation or portrayal, discussions or depictions suggesting involvement of anyone under 18 years of age. This includes any references to childhood or adolescence, use of terms such as "Lolita," or anything related to minors in any context whatsoever. Additionally, no media featuring children's items, imagery with individuals under 18, or any content that could be interpreted as involving minors is allowed.
• Incestuous Content: Any profile content involving or suggesting incest or incestuous fantasy, including scenarios involving step-relations or in-law relations.
• Underage Roleplaying: All forms of underage role-playing or age play references are strictly prohibited in profile descriptions or imagery.
• Bestiality and Animal Abuse: Content involving animals in sexual contexts is not permitted, including animal images on clothing, filters, or emojis when used in sexual or suggestive contexts within profile photos or descriptions.
• Non-Consensual Content: Profile descriptions or imagery that depicts, discusses, or references rape, non-consensual acts, abduction scenarios, forced intoxication, or any other content that depicts or glorifies lack of consent is absolutely prohibited.
• Dangerous Practices: Profile content depicting or describing dangerous practices such as penetration with four limbs bound, blood play, knife play, needle play, edgeplay, and similar dangerous activities is not allowed.
• Life-Threatening Content: Depictions or suggestions of necrophilia, simulated executions, or any content implying permanent harm or death is strictly prohibited from profile listings.
• Extreme Fetish Content: Profile content related to castration, penectomy, amputation, sounding, toilet activities, ABDL content, animal cruelty, fisting, and the use of racial slurs or racially derogatory content is not permitted.
• Drug-Related Content: Profile imagery or descriptions involving illegal drugs, medical marijuana, 420 culture, or drug paraphernalia is prohibited on FlirtViaLink.
• Policy Violations: Profile descriptions that imply a willingness to violate platform policies, such as advertising "anything goes," "no taboos," "no limits," or "no restrictions" services, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate profile removal.

Additional Prohibited Activities

• Prostitution and Sex Trafficking: Profiles may not advertise, promote, or facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking in any form. Profile descriptions or imagery suggesting the exchange of sexual services for money or other consideration, arranging face-to-face meetings for sexual purposes, or any content related to sex trafficking will result in immediate profile removal and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
• Trafficking and Exploitation: Profile content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or any form of forced participation is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Harm Content: Profiles may not contain imagery or descriptions that depict, promote, or glorify self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Doxxing and Privacy Violations: Profile holders may not display personal identifying information about other individuals without explicit consent. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other private details of third parties.
• Impersonation: Impersonation of any individual, organization, or entity in profile information is prohibited and will result in immediate profile removal.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Profile content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated on FlirtViaLink. Profile descriptions or imagery containing threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content will be removed immediately.
• Fraudulent Credentials: Profiles may not misrepresent credentials, qualifications, or expertise. This includes falsely claiming to be a licensed professional (such as therapist, doctor, lawyer, or certified coach) without proper credentials, making deceptive claims about services or outcomes, or any form of fraudulent misrepresentation in profile information.
• Artificial Intelligence and Deepfakes: Profiles may not use AI-generated images, deepfakes, or manipulated media to misrepresent the profile holder's identity or appearance. All profile photos and media must be authentic and accurately represent the actual profile holder.
• Unauthorized Use of Others' Images: Profiles must only display images of the actual profile holder or images for which proper rights and consent have been obtained. Using another person's photos without permission, stock photos representing the profile holder when they are not that person, or any other form of image misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

Profile Content Standards

All profile descriptions, images, and information displayed on FlirtViaLink must:

• Accurately represent the services offered by the profile holder
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Avoid explicit sexual content, graphic nudity, or pornographic material (profiles offering adult-oriented services should use tasteful, non-explicit imagery)
• Be free of offensive, abusive, or inflammatory language
• Not contain false or misleading information
• Not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
• Be appropriate for a diverse audience accessing a public directory

Content Monitoring and Enforcement

To ensure the integrity, compliance, and safety of our directory, FlirtViaLink employs a comprehensive content monitoring system that combines automated systems with human moderation. All profiles listed on FlirtViaLink are subject to review before being displayed in the directory and may be reviewed periodically thereafter.

Automated tools may be used to detect potential violations of these guidelines. In addition to automated monitoring, our moderation team reviews flagged profiles and investigates user reports to enforce our policies effectively.

Profile holders may also face action on the partner platform where services are delivered, including account suspension or termination.

During investigations, we may temporarily remove profiles from the directory while reviewing suspected violations. Profile holders may request a review of removal decisions by contacting our support team.

Responsibilities

• Profile Holders: While profiles are managed through our partner platform, profile holders are responsible for ensuring that all content displayed on FlirtViaLink complies with these guidelines. This includes profile photos, descriptions, service offerings, and any other information visible in the directory.
• Visitors: Visitors to FlirtViaLink are expected to use the directory respectfully and in accordance with these guidelines. Any attempt to use the directory to facilitate prohibited activities, harass profile holders, or violate these guidelines may result in being banned from accessing FlirtViaLink.
• Platform Integration: All interactions, communications, and transactions occur on our secure partner platform. Users engaging with profiles listed on FlirtViaLink must comply with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Prohibited Content Policy of the partner platform where services are delivered.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

FlirtViaLink is committed to maintaining a lawful and safe directory. When illegal content is detected in profiles listed on our platform, we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide necessary information to assist in investigations and prosecutions. We take our responsibility to report and address illegal activity seriously and will work with appropriate authorities to ensure violators are held accountable under applicable laws. We fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency investigating alleged child exploitation, sexual abuse of minors, prostitution, sex trafficking, or other criminal activity related to profiles in our directory.
