Zero Tolerance Content Violations

The following types of content are absolutely prohibited from being displayed in the FlirtViaLink directory. These violations may be illegal, and any profile found displaying such content will be immediately removed from the directory and banned from the partner platform. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Zero tolerance content includes:

• Child Safety Violations: Any content involving, referencing, depicting, or suggesting minors in any capacity, including references to childhood, adolescence, terms like "Lolita," children's items, or imagery that could be interpreted as involving minors
• Incestuous Content: Including step-relations, in-law scenarios, or any familial fantasy scenarios
• Underage Roleplaying: All forms of age play or references to underage scenarios
• Non-Consensual Content: Depictions or discussions of rape, abduction, forced intoxication, or any content that depicts or glorifies lack of consent
• Bestiality: Animal imagery in sexual contexts, including on clothing, filters, or emojis when used in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Dangerous Practices: Blood play, knife play, needle play, fisting, extreme bondage with four limbs bound, edgeplay, and similar dangerous activities
• Life-Threatening Content: Necrophilia, simulated executions, or content implying permanent harm or death
• Extreme Fetishes: Castration, penectomy, amputation, sounding, toilet activities, ABDL content, animal cruelty, and use of racial slurs or racially derogatory content
• Drug-Related Content: Illegal drugs, medical marijuana, 420 culture, or drug paraphernalia
• Policy Violations: Profile descriptions implying willingness to violate platform policies, such as "anything goes," "no taboos," "no limits," or "no restrictions"

Additional Prohibited Activities:

• Prostitution and Sex Trafficking: Profiles may not advertise, promote, or facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking. Profile content suggesting exchange of sexual services for money, arranging face-to-face meetings for sexual purposes, or any sex trafficking-related content will result in immediate removal and reporting to law enforcement
• Trafficking and Exploitation: Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or forced participation
• Self-Harm Content: Imagery or descriptions depicting, promoting, or glorifying self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders
• Doxxing and Privacy Violations: Displaying personal identifying information about others without explicit consent, including real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or private details of third parties
• Fraudulent Representation: Misrepresenting yourself, your services, or making false claims about what you offer

Authenticity and Anti-Impersonation Policy

FlirtViaLink is a directory of real, verified individuals offering authentic adult entertainment services. We strictly prohibit:

• AI-Generated Content: Use of AI-generated images, deepfakes, or manipulated media to misrepresent profile holders' identity or appearance
• Chatbots and Automation: AI chatbots, automated messaging systems, or any form of automated interaction
• Impersonation: Creating profiles using another person's identity, including celebrities, public figures, or other users
• Unauthorized Images: Using photos of others without permission, stock photos representing the profile holder when they are not that person, or any image misrepresentation

All profile photos and media must be authentic and accurately represent the actual profile holder. All interactions on the partner platform must be conducted by the verified person behind the profile.

Violators will be permanently removed from the directory and banned from the partner platform.

Profile Content Standards

All profile descriptions, images, and information displayed on FlirtViaLink must:

• Accurately represent the adult entertainment services offered by the profile holder
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use tasteful imagery (profiles should avoid overly explicit content in directory listings while still being appropriate for an adult-oriented directory)
• Be free of offensive, abusive, or inflammatory language beyond what is appropriate for adult content
• Not contain false or misleading information about services offered
• Not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
• Be placed in accurate and appropriate categories
• Not include contact information for off-platform communication

Profile holders are responsible for managing their profiles on the partner platform and ensuring all displayed content complies with these guidelines.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of FlirtViaLink and the partner platform must not:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, mislead, or intimidate others
• Impersonate other people or create fake profiles
• Spam, scam, or promote unrelated services
• Share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) to take interactions off-platform
• Copy another profile holder's images, descriptions, or content
• Attempt to bypass the partner platform's payment or communication systems
• Post duplicate or repetitive content across multiple profiles
• Flood categories with spam or irrelevant listings
• Advertise competing services or redirect users to external platforms
• Engage in hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
• Solicit or offer services that facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking

Privacy and Off-Platform Contact Prohibition

All interactions and transactions must occur on the secure partner platform.

This rule protects both profile holders and visitors.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing or requesting phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles
• Arranging face-to-face meetings outside the platform
• Offering or requesting off-site sessions or payments
• Attempting to bypass the platform's systems in any way

Violations will result in immediate profile removal from the directory and account suspension or permanent blocking on the partner platform.

Content Monitoring and Enforcement

FlirtViaLink may employ content monitoring combining automated systems with human moderation. All profiles are subject to review before being displayed in the directory and may be reviewed periodically thereafter.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any profile or content from the directory for any reason or no reason
• Suspend access to profiles during investigations of suspected violations
• Take appropriate action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal
• Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of users

During investigations, we may temporarily remove profiles from the directory while reviewing suspected violations. Profile removal from the directory may also result in action on the partner platform where profiles are managed, including account suspension or termination.

Media and Image Requirements

All images, videos, and media displayed on FlirtViaLink must:

• Feature only individuals who are 18 years of age or older
• Not include children's items, toys, or references implying youth
• Not use misleading imagery, AI-generated depictions of minors, or ambiguous appearances
• Be owned by the profile holder or used with proper rights and consent
• Comply with our Prohibited Content Policy
• Be appropriate for an adult-oriented directory (tasteful while still being clear about adult nature of services)

Visitor Conduct and Responsibilities

Visitors to FlirtViaLink are expected to:

• Use the directory respectfully and in accordance with these guidelines
• Not attempt to facilitate prohibited activities through the directory
• Not harass profile holders
• Report violations through our contact page
• Comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of the partner platform when engaging with profiles
• Not attempt to contact profile holders outside of the partner platform

Any attempt to use the directory to facilitate prohibited activities, harass profile holders, or violate these guidelines may result in being banned from accessing FlirtViaLink.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter a profile or content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and reporter identities are protected.

• All applicable payment and refund policies

Profile holders manage their profiles on the partner platform and are responsible for ensuring their content and conduct comply with both FlirtViaLink guidelines and partner platform policies.

Off-Platform Conduct

Your conduct outside of FlirtViaLink can impact your standing in our directory. If you:

• Harass other users on social media or elsewhere
• Spread hate speech or discriminatory content
• Damage the FlirtViaLink brand reputation
• Engage in conduct that reflects poorly on our community

We reserve the right to remove your profile from the directory and suspend or permanently ban your access to the partner platform.

Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or platform capabilities. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made.

Profile holders and visitors are encouraged to review these guidelines periodically. Continued use of FlirtViaLink after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
